Bright Orange Foundation has the vision to enable children and women from marginalised communities to realise their full potential.
To achieve this objective, Bright Orange Foundation is running 7 Education Resource Centres (ERC) in different slums in Gurgaon. These ERCs or informal schools are named Dream Big Vidya Kendras.
We provide education as per Foundational Literacy Norms, and as per Haryana State Council of Educational Research & Training (SCERT) to out of school children. We prepare the children to go to school. And once in school these children are provided after school support. We provide after school support to all the school going children in the community as well.

- Lead and motivate the team at school to bring out their best performance.
- Manage school operations and expenses.
- Teach FLN, remedial classes/after school support as per the curriculum
- Motivate and mobilize all out of school children includes working and rag picking children from the community to study.
- Manage all stakeholders in the community
- Prepare children for school admissions as per the state syllabus.
- Liaised with local schools for a smooth admission process
- Ensure completion of all documents as per the org system and keep the data updated

18,000- 22,000 Per month (Depending on qualification, experience and demonstration of ability during selection)
Locations: Gurugram, Haryana (applicate should be prepared to join the center across gurugaon)
