The organization implements interventions in areas such as water conservation, watershed development, river rejuvenation, sustainable agriculture, sanitation and waste management, women empowerment, education, and skill development.
Position Overview for NGO Job in Buldhana District Maharashtra for Cluster Coordinator Apply by 30 June 2026
* Ensure timely execution of interventions related to water conservation, agriculture, WASH, and community development
* Support field teams and Community Resource Persons (CRPs) in activity planning and execution
- Community Mobilization & Institution Building
* Strengthen community institutions such as Pani Panchayat, Women Groups (Jal Saheli), and farmer groups
* Facilitate community meetings, trainings, and awareness programs
* Promote participatory planning and community ownership
- Agriculture & Water Interventions
* Support implementation of climate-resilient agriculture practices and water management interventions
* Coordinate activities related to micro-irrigation, crop planning, and water budgeting
* Assist in identifying sites for water conservation structures
- Convergence & Stakeholder Coordination
* Liaise with Gram Panchayats, government departments, and local stakeholders
* Facilitate convergence with schemes such as VB-G RAM G, PMKSY, etc.
- Monitoring, Documentation & Reporting
* Maintain field-level data, records, and documentation
* Prepare progress reports, case studies, and activity reports
* Support monitoring and evaluation processes

* Master’s / Graduate degree in Civil Engineering or Agriculture
* Minimum 03 years of relevant experience in development sector
