Roles and Responsibilities for NGO Job in Dehradun Uttarakhand for Manager Training Apply By 30 April 2026
Outreach –
- Ensure implementation of regional strategy for village-wise achievement
• Quarterly review of the strategy with Regional Head / Head Implementation
• Ensure village-wise targets are achieved
• Develop strategy for enhancing linkages on ground
• Ensure required linkages are undertaken with proper supporting
HR –
- Ensure HR-related compliances – vacancies filled up immediately, timely attendance submissions, entry and exit, F & F (within 45 days)
• Provide platform for grievance redressal
• Coordinate with HR for R & R
• Conduct appraisals of team members and provide feedback in coordination with HR
Capacity Building and Communication –
- Ensure capacity building of all team members
• Build capacity of District Managers and Capacity Building Officer to check monthly plan vs actual achievement for each CFL under them
• Support planning and execution of physical training for team members
• Support execution of skill assessment for team members
• Through weekly meetings with RM training, understand field team’s requirements
• Conduct monthly / quarterly review with the team – for progress and new skills
• Prepare and share mailing list for MoneyWise CFL Newsletter circulation
Monitoring and Handholding –
- Plan and conduct field visits based on the data
• Backtrack data submitted for ensuring authenticity of the data
• Check Excel entries and ensure that all hard copies are complete and entered in Excel
• Use monitoring visits to build capacities of the team members including District Managers and Capacity Building Officers
• Submit field visit reports with Regional Head / Head Implementation and Head L & D and M & E
• Share main findings and actions to be taken with timeline with CFL team
• Ensure ATR submission from field team
• Based on the data, work out plan with team for their monitoring and handholding visits
• Check monitoring visit reports of District Managers and Capacity Building Officers to understand and map progress
Stakeholder Management –
- Map relevant stakeholders – state and district level
• Conduct regular meetings / visits with LDMs, bank circle offices / zonal offices / regional offices (as applicable) and RBI RO
• Plan stakeholder meetings at pre-defined intervals
• Ensure ATR
• In case of any challenges with stakeholders, share the same with Regional Head / Head Implementation for further action
• Support Regional Head / Head Implementation and Head L & D, and M & E to organise regional-level stakeholder meetings to ensure visibility of CRISIL Foundation and gain insights on FL / FI landscape of the region
Data and MIS –
- Ensure uniform data formats are used
• Ensure each hard copy is complete and the data is entered in Excel sheet
• Backtrack data on sample basis
• With support from MIS Manager / MIS Officer, prepare monthly presentations and monthly progress reports to be submitted to Regional Head / Head Implementation
• Ensure data is shared with M & E team for Dhwani upload
• Ensure regular data entry in ADEPT portal
• Ensure correct data is shared with National Manager MIS for upload on Dhwani
• Ensure submission of visit reports in pre-defined formats
