KEY RESPONSIBILITIES for NGO Job in Delhi for Project Director Manager Apply By 12 February 2026

To implement all aspects of the project according to the approved proposal.
To analyze and report refugee needs and coordinate closely with Regional Director, and Regional Programmes Officer/Manager through regular reporting and collaboration.
To facilitate reflection on and evaluation of the project by the JRS team.
To supervise and support the Project Staff and oversee the maintenance of the Centres.
To communicate regularly with the Regional Director and Regional Programmes Manager/Officer, reporting on all major issues and developments in the field and within the team.
Timely preparation and submission of monthly, quarterly, six-months and annual project reports as per required by donors and Regional Office.
Must exhibit respectful conduct, ethical integrity, self-accountability, and the ability to perform effectively under pressure with minimal supervision.
