Role Summary: NGO Job in Deoghar Jharkhand for Programme Manager Community Eye Health Apply by 28 October 2026

The Programme Manager will lead the hospital’s Community Eye Health Programme, with primary responsibility for achieving free eye-surgery targets through outreach camps, Vision Centres, door-to-door screening and community referral networks.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and manage outreach camps, patient mobilisation, counselling, referrals and transportation to achieve surgery targets.
• Manage Vision Centres, including patient footfall, referrals, spectacle sales, sustainability and door-to-door screening.
• Develop and manage networks of ASHAs, motivators, volunteers, Panchayat representatives and community leaders.
• Liaise with government/health officials for programme coordination and support.
• Manage CSR/donor projects, ensuring targets, timelines, budgets, MIS and reporting requirements are met.
• Supervise field teams, monitor programme performance and ensure compliance with relevant SOPs and quality standards.
Candidate Profile:
Strong communication, networking and liaison skills.
• Strong analytical, planning and problem-solving abilities with a result-oriented approach.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint, including data analysis, report writing and presentations.
• Comfortable working with communities, government officials and funding agencies.
• Passion for field work and willingness to travel extensively.
