Responsibilities Application Open for 2027 Jean Monnet Fellowships
Selected Jean Monnet Fellows are expected to actively contribute to the research and academic environment at the Robert Schuman Centre for Advanced Studies (RSCAS). Their responsibilities include:
- Conducting independent research aligned with one of the RSCAS’s research themes, programmes, or projects.
- Actively participating in the academic life of the Centre.
- Contributing to the activities of their associated research project or programme.
- Collaborating with researchers, postdoctoral fellows, and EUI academic staff.
- Producing at least one academic publication based on their fellowship research. This may take the form of an EUI Working Paper, a scientific journal article, or a publication with an academic publisher.

To be eligible for the Jean Monnet Fellowship 2027–28, applicants must:
- Have obtained their doctorate more than five years before the fellowship start date.
