The Project Manager will lead the implementation of the livelihood project in Laxmipur and Semiliguda Blocks. This is a key leadership role responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring project activities, managing field teams, and ensuring smooth collaboration with stakeholders.

* Plan and implement project activities related to agriculture, livestock, and livelihood diversification.
* Facilitate the formation and strengthening of Farmer-Producer Groups and Producer Company participation.
* Supervise and guide project staff and field teams for effective implementation.
* Coordinate with government departments, donors, and partners to leverage schemes and ensure convergence.
* Ensure accurate data collection, documentation, and reporting as per donor requirements.
* Organize regular review meetings, training sessions, and exposure visits for project beneficiaries.
* Prepare narrative and financial reports and share best practices and success stories.

* Education: Post-Graduation/Master’s degree in Rural Development or related discipline.
