Eligibility Criteria: for NGO Job in Odisha for Fellow Preventionist Apply By 25 January 2026

Graduate/Post Graduate/Masters in Social Work/Sociology, Rural management or any relevant stream
Good command on Odia, English and Hindi language is desirable.
Should have computer skill and well conversant with MS Office (MS –word, Excel and Power point, Internet, social media),
Experience in child protection, youth empowerment and women Empowerment.
Only Lady Candidates can apply.
They should belong to the district/region concerned. (A Local One)

Duties and Responsibilities: for NGO Job in Odisha for Fellow Preventionist Apply By 25 January 2026

To Co-Ordinate, plan and supervise the assigned program (gender & violence).
To report the progress of the program according to agreed standards on monthly basis.
Over all planning, Monitoring, Implementation and reporting of the assigned program time to time.
To plan the activities to be conducted as per action plan, materialize timely, proper documentation, report writing and placing with quarterly, half yearly and yearly as and when required by the donor agency.
Follow up mails and reply them as and when required as per their need at agreed standard.
To conduct extensive field work (with children, women and youth) in Nuapada dist.
To do community mobilisation coordination with Govt. and other stakeholders.
Managing the day-to-day operation of the programme, Networking, coordination and liaisoning with Donor, DSS head office, team and Community.
To be ready to attend training/workshop out of the state.
