Basudeo Kanoria Seva Sansthan (BKSS): is a non-profit making charitable trust promoted by Shri Harsh Vardhan Kanoria, Chairman of Group CHEVIOT with a pure philanthropic approach dedicated to the economic upliftment, well-being of poor and needy communities, with a special emphasis on state of Rajasthan.

The Trust has adopted LASADIYA a Tribal Block in Salumber District, near Udaipur, and initiated an Integrated Community Development Program for integrated village development covering of multiple themes, including Watershed and Natural Resource Management, Agriculture and Livelihood Promotion & Education through a hybrid implementation model.

Field Challenges:

Lasadiya is an interior tribal block, with challenging terrain, limited infrastructure, connectivity constraints, and scattered habitations.

The wide geographical spread of the intervention area requires more field efforts and hard working to ensure quality implementation, effective outreach, and properly maintain of our area.

PROGRAM MANAGER:

The position offers an excellent opportunity for a committed professional to contribute to sustainable livelihoods, natural resource management, education, women’s empowerment, and community institution development.

Program Manager will be Program Head in Lasadiya reporting to program director based in our Head office in Delhi.

Location: Project Office, Lasadiya, District Salumber, Rajasthan

Experience: 15+ Years

Leadership and Administrative Skills: Ability to effectively lead, coordinate, and monitor a large team working across multiple villages and intervention areas.

Field-based hands-on working developing future policies for overall program growth.

Technical Capability: Strong technical ability to guide the team and lead from the front to ensure quality implementation of field activities.

Age: 35–45 years

Graduate/post-graduate degree in Agriculture / Agricultural Engineering or another relevant discipline.

 Essential Experience:

• Minimum 10+ years of professional field experience in planning, implementation, monitoring, and management of integrated rural/community development programs.
• Minimum 5+ years of managerial experience in a Program/Project Manager or equivalent leadership position in rural location with a reputed NGO, philanthropic organisation, CSR foundation, or development organisation.
• Proven experience in leading multidisciplinary direct execution teams and implementing partners, ensuring quality and timely program deliverables.
• Implementing quality and timely program deliverables.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively, convergence of line departments scheme, community institutions, and other stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of rural and tribal development issues, particularly in the areas of livelihoods, agriculture, natural resource management, watershed development, education, and women’s empowerment.

• Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills.
• Passion for social transformation, community development, and rural livelihoods.
• Excellent networking and stakeholder-management capabilities.
• Strong planning, analytical, monitoring, documentation, and reporting skills.
• Ability to manage resources effectively and deliver programs within agreed quality, timelines, and budgets.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Proficiency in MS Office, MIS, and other digital tools.
• High degree of ownership, accountability, integrity, and professional commitment.
• Willingness to work extensively in the field and in a tribal/rural development environment.

Remuneration:

Salary will be commensurate with the candidate’s qualifications, experience, and suitability for the position. Compensation will not be a constraint for the right and deserving candidate.

Logistics: Personal 2-wheeler is a necessity. Petrol reimbursement shall be provided for official use on per km basis.
