About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated professional with strong research and documentation skills in the areas of gender rights, SRHR, and prevention of violence against women and girls (VAWG). The ideal candidate should be passionate about collecting, organizing, and analyzing data to strengthen Vishakha’s interventions and enhance their overall impact. Additionally, the candidate must possess the ability to translate research findings into clear, accessible, and actionable insights that foster dialogue and drive initiatives for the empowerment of adolescent girls, youth, and women.

Key Responsibilities

Document program progress, key learnings, and challenges to support reflection and improvement.
Conceptualize and lead field-based action research, including designing tools, collecting data, analyzing findings, and preparing comprehensive reports.
Draft the organization’s annual report and contribute to program-specific documentation.
Work closely with field teams to ensure quality and accuracy in data collection and reporting.
Provide feedback and recommendations to program teams to enhance evidence generation and learning.
Undertake extensive travel across field locations in Rajasthan as required.
Support other organizational and project-related activities as needed.

Qualifications and Experience

Postgraduate degree in Social Work, Humanities, or related disciplines.
3–5 years of relevant experience in research and documentation on gender issues or youth empowerment programs.
Prior experience in gender-focused programs will be an advantage.
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and reflective skills.
Proven ability to analyze, interpret, and synthesize data effectively.
Excellent writing and documentation skills.
Proficiency in data analysis software such as SPSS, Atlas.ti, or Power BI.
Strong communication skills in Hindi and English (written and verbal).
Proficient in MS Office and online research tools.
