The Program Coordinator will play a key role in planning, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating programs and initiatives at Khushi Centre. The ideal candidate is passionate about social impact, has strong organizational skills, and can work effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Program Management:

Coordinate and oversee the day-to-day implementation of assigned programs and projects.

Assist in the design and planning of program activities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Track progress against program objectives, timelines, and deliverables.

Monitoring & Evaluation:

Maintain records and prepare regular reports on program activities and impact.

Support data collection, analysis, and documentation of learning’s.

Assist in the preparation of reports for donors and partners.

Stakeholder Coordination:

Liaise with community members, government officials, donors, and other partners.

Organize and facilitate meetings, workshops, and training sessions.

Serve as a point of contact for field staff and volunteers.

Communication & Advocacy:

Contribute to content development for awareness campaigns, newsletters, and social media.

Support the development of grant proposals and fundraising initiatives.

Administrative Support:

Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.

Maintain documentation, including budgets, work plans, and reports.

Qualifications and Experience: (NGO Job Opportunity for Program Coordinator in Delhi Last Date 4 July 2025)

Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Development Studies, Public Health, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in program coordination or project management in the NGO sector.

Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently and collaboratively.
Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
Preferred Attributes:
