Khetri Trust with offices in Rajasthan and New Delhi has a large portfolio of high value properties, the proceeds from which are used in the promotion of education for marginalised and underprivileged children.

We are looking for a highly motivated General Manager to assume overall responsibility for management, maintenance and upkeep of Trust properties.

The incumbent will be required to supervise general administration and daily management, maintain Trust properties, ensure security and prevent encroachments or illegal activities on the Trust properties

The candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with broad generalist responsibilities, but with specialist skills to handle legal matters, understand the nuances of litigation, have the ability to analyse/appreciate legal scenarios.

The incumbent will be required to work independently as well as part of various teams.

Coordinating with the top management for consultation and strategic direction

Oversee daily management and operations as well as manage external conflicts

Ability to analyze and appreciate legal scenarios and understand the nuances of litigation

Ensure all support activities are carried on efficiently and effectively for operations to function properly

Coordinating legal consultants and oversee litigation

Proven experience as administration manager with atleast 10-15 years of experience

Degree in management and law is preferable but not a limiting factor for the right candidate with relevant experience

Manage schedules and deadlines

Proficient in MS Office

An analytical mind with problem-solving skills with attention to detail

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
