Mission Samriddhi works across the country, collaborating with panchayats and other developmental organizations. The incumbent will need to work closely with our Director – Information Initiatives to understand the requirements, and then develop and implement programs to meet such requirements. To achieve this, we are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer with experience in building offline-first mobile data entry app that syncs to an online portal. The developer will be responsible for creating a data entry app that works offline, syncs seamlessly with an online server, and provides real-time analytics and reporting through dashboards.

Frontend (Mobile/Desktop Application): Angular
Backend: Java
- Manage cloud database systems (PostgreSQL/MySQL) for data storage and synchronization.
- Implement local storage using SQLite for offline functionality.
- Solid understanding of REST API design and integration.
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS and SQL.
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology.
- 2-3+ years of experience in mobile and web development.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration ability.
