Operating across 22 states and 130+ cancer centers, we deliver a holistic continuum of care—from early diagnosis and treatment support to accommodation, education, nutrition, palliative care, and survivorship. Position Summary (NGO Job Opportunity in Delhi for Data Analyst Programs & Impact Position Last Date 1 August 2025)

The Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, managing, analyzing, and visualizing data that drives resource mobilization performance, program performance, informs strategy, and demonstrates impact. The role requires an analytical thinker with a passion for social impact and a knack for turning data into actionable insights.

Data Management

Ensure timely data collection across program sites using surveys, forms, and digital tools.
Maintain databases, conduct data cleaning, and ensure data quality and consistency.

Data Analysis & Insights

Perform descriptive, comparative, and predictive analysis on program and beneficiary data.
Develop dashboards, visualizations, and reports for decision-making and donor reporting.
Track performance metrics, identify gaps, and suggest course corrections.

Impact Measurement & M&E Support (Program & Resource Mobilization)

Collaborate with M&E team to define indicators, design logic models, and set targets.
Conduct data-driven evaluations of interventions and pilots.
Assist in baseline, midline, and endline study support as needed.

Tool & Technology Enablement

Recommend and deploy tools like Power BI, Tableau, Excel, Google Data Studio, or CRM analytics.
Train field teams and program staff in data tools, basic analysis, and reporting.

Essential:

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Social Research, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a nonprofit, development, or public health setting.
Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools.

Experience with statistical tools like SPSS, R, Python, or Stata.
