Location: Samvada Campus, Bangalore

Role of Campaign and Donor Management Associate:

To raise the fund for Samvada’s various programmatic activities through offline and online campaigns, events, to support the engagement with corporates who support Samvada through these campaigns and engagements

Reporting to: Executive Leadership Team

Responsibilities: (NGO Campaign and Donor Management Associate NGO Job in Bangalore Last Date 6 July 2025)

To successfully ensure Samvada’s participation and success in various outreach programs and both online and offline campaigns to generate income and bring about awareness.
Develop strong digital campaigns on various digital platforms with the goal to raise funds and bring about awareness
Provide regular updates to the donors via phone calls, WhatsApp and other communication means as decided by the management.
Maintain an awareness of developments and trends in the wider fundraising environment, their implications for Samvada and strive to ensure that the organisation is best placed to maximize new opportunities.

Eligibility (NGO Campaign and Donor Management Associate NGO Job in Bangalore Last Date 6 July 2025)

Qualification: Masters/Graduates in relevant field

Experience: Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar positions in NGO/ INGO/ Media/ Sales & Marketing

CTC: Based on experience and industry standards

A history of exceeding expectations and being target-driven.
Passion, determination, and belief in the organization’s vision and mission.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with an ability to explain Samvada’s story in a concise manner across a diverse stakeholder set.
Excellent social media skills, and understanding of how creative content can be generated for visibility and branding of Samvada
Strong people-management skills – team, internal stakeholders, external stakeholders.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations and uncertainty; drive to carry on despite possible setbacks.
Experience in planning and an eye for detail.
Ability to be a self-starter and think proactively.
Conversant with relevant software related to Donor Managements and Tele-calling.
Desired experience in fundraising in the development sector is ideal.
Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
