Butterflies is looking for a candidate for the post of Programme officer (Life Skills Education Programme) based in Delhi.
Job Description: (NGO Job Opportunity in Delhi for Programme Officer Last Date 10 July 2025)
- Reach out to out-of-school children, adolescents, and their families in the communities in urban areas and develop profiles.
- Coordinate life skills education program for out-of-school, street-connected children and adolescents in the district.
- Implement all the program activities according to the goals and objectives, outcomes, and tracking the milestones.
- Organize activities with children including training workshops, sessions, and exposure visits.
- Organize activities with families as part of family-strengthening initiatives.
- Document case studies, stories of change, and analytical program reports and submit them to the supervisor.
- Coordinate, and collaborate with educators, and community mobilizers as a team.
Experience and Qualification: (NGO Job Opportunity in Delhi for Programme Officer Last Date 10 July 2025)
The candidate should have a master’s degree in Social Work/Social Science or Education and should have at least 3 years of working experience with children. S/he should have good knowledge about life skills education. Please note that applications that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted.
Appointment: (NGO Job Opportunity in Delhi for Programme Officer Last Date 10 July 2025)
This will be a contractual appointment initially for a probation period of 6 months and thereafter for a year based on the performance appraisal. The Contract may be renewed every year depending on the availability of the funds.
Remuneration: (NGO Job Opportunity in Delhi for Programme Officer Last Date 10 July 2025)
Monthly remuneration of Rupees 25000 to 30000 according to the experience, qualification, and competency of the candidate.
