Responsibilities (Research Assistant NGO Job in Rajasthan Apply by 20 April 2025)

Research & Data Management

1. Conduct FGDs, Key Informant Interviews (KIIs), and surveys as part of field research.
2. Collect data in collaboration with Community Resource Persons (CRPs) and other team members.
3. Record, organize, and maintain research data for analysis and documentation.

Field Implementation & Community Engagement

1. Assist in the execution of research activities and engage with community members.
2. Provide field-level support to CRPs in conducting surveys and community-led research.
3. Participate in awareness campaigns, training programs, and community mobilization initiatives.

Documentation & Reporting

1. Support project documentation by maintaining detailed field notes and research logs.
2. Assist in preparing reports, case studies, and knowledge-sharing materials.
3. Ensure timely submission of field data and documentation to the Research Associate.

Capacity Building & Coordination

1. Help coordinate training programs and workshops for community members and stakeholders.
2. Support the Research Associate in organizing and managing field-level activities.
3. Work collaboratively with field associates and CRPs to facilitate smooth execution of project tasks.

Research Communication & Outreach

1. Contribute to the Indian Commoner Forum by uploading photographs and research insights.
2. Assist in sharing research findings through exhibitions, reports, and community platforms.

Essential Qualification (Research Assistant NGO Job in Rajasthan Apply by 20 April 2025)

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in rural development, social work, natural resource management, geography or related fields having some field experience may apply. Candidates with a Masters degree and little or no experience may also apply
2. Ability to work and adapt in flexible work environment, willingness to learn and work independently
3. Proficient in both written Hindi and English languages.
