ABOUT DIGITAL EQUALIZER PROGRAM (Training Coordinator NGO Job in Raichur Karnataka Apply by 11 May 2025)

Digital Equalizer is TLF’s flagship education program. DE envisions a world where all children from under-served communities, especially girls, are prepared for a career and life. The program is bridging India’s digital divide by providing and integrating technology into underperforming, under-resourced public schools, training teachers in techno-pedagogy and STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) methodology, and transforming classrooms into collaborative and interactive places for students to learn while preparing them for success in the 21st century global economy. Since its inception in 2004, the Program has empowered 7.25 million children with interactive STEM experiences, trained 212,585 teachers in STEM pedagogy, and transformed 32,596 schools across 35 states and union territories of the country.

Roles and Responsibilities: (Training Coordinator NGO Job in Raichur Karnataka Apply by 11 May 2025)

Work with Govt Schools (as assigned allocated).

• Responsible for database management of the schools allotted, including update of information of the transfer of enrolled teachers and any deputation.
• Provide training to the enrolled teachers on Techno-pedagogy, Girls for Tech Curriculum and STEM Education
• Responsible for Transacting the Girls for Tech curriculum for the enrolled students and train the students preparing STEM Models
• Responsible for tracking monthly progress of students along with addressing any challenges under this system and design remedial activities, for the same.
• Responsible for coordinating and ensuring timely programme delivery and giving regular updates to the respective stakeholders on the progress made.
• Help students make their projects and present them in front of various stakeholders.
• Conduct events like class chats, mentoring sessions, inter-school and intra-school activities, share-out and hackathons with the school students.
• Liaison with district and state functionaries and responsible for regular qualitative training programs
• Responsible to bring in innovative ideas and to create visibility of the programme at districts
• Development of STEM kit with facilitator manual, worksheets and videos with the help of team and state level
• Develop STEM material in line with the school curriculum.
• Any other task as assigned by the line manager.

• Science/technology/education with 3-5 years of experience in the relevant sector.
• Good programme knowledge and conversant with emerging technologies in the development sector
• Skills in focusing on program quality and positive approach in resolving challenges
• Good data analysis skills with program planning and design monitoring and evaluation frameworks and techniques.
• Strong in people management with an effective performance management approach and Commitment.
• High level of networking and representation skills
• Good analytical and numeracy skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal Ability to be adaptable and flexible to change
• Ability to travel extensively

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in science, engineering or computer applications
