LOCATION: Delhi

REPORTS TO: VP- HR

ACCESS seeks a qualified and experienced person for the position of Sr. Project Coordinator- HR:

Project Coordinator HR in ACCESS Development Services   Job Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

  • Support to coordinate Human resource recruitment plan with line managers and ensure that it is in line with the recruitment policy.
  • Ensure the quality of recruitment process within the time frame.
    • Conduct new staff orientation to understand about ACCESS.
    • Point person for the on boarding process and conducting new employee feedback

Project Coordinator HR in ACCESS Development Services Performance Appraisal Management

  • Assist and support on the completion of annual appraisal cycle in a timely manner.

    Capacity Building & Development

  • Prepare and conduct Training Needs Assessment with the support of line Managers.
  • Coordinating in developing staff capacity development plan that in consistence with policies, resources, and strategic plan.
  • Support in making ACCESS a learning organization.
  • Plan and facilitate employee engagement and well-being activities.

Project Coordinator HR in ACCESS Development Services Personnel Management

  • Manage administration of personnel file, HR policy, filling system.
  • Support in the exit process and support the teams with the attrition analysis.
  • Coordinating and monitoring the entitlement of staff to benefits in accordance with HR policy.
  • Work closely with line manager to provide first consultation and solution of any staff
    issues or concern.

Organizational culture

  • Ensure that all policies and practices are aligned to ACCESS culture; complied with and implemented across the organization.
  • Participate in third party endorsements to strengthen ACCESS employer brand.

    Education & Experience:

    • A post graduate degree in Human resource management or related filed
    • 2-4 years’ experience in general HR and administration preferably in an INGO/NGO or corporate sector.

    Skills and competencies:

    • A self-starter and ability to perform in minimum supervision
    • Matured, systematic, flexible, high integrity and confidentiality
    • Excellent people management skills
    • Excellent written and spoken skills in English
    • Effective written and verbal communication skills in English.
    • Proven leadership skills, high interpersonal skills and attention to detail.

    COMPENSATION: The salary range in this position is commensurate to industry standards and will be determined based upon the experiences and fixed as per the HR policies of the organization.
