Job Responsibilities

1. Business Development Support: Assist in drafting proposals and maintaining documentation specific to Brillo projects.
2. Reporting and Documentation:

o Prepare and coordinate detailed project reports, client-wise and region-wise.

o Maintain accurate records and databases related to Brillo initiatives.

3. Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to ensure successful project execution and satisfaction.
4. Program Coordination:

o Collaborate with the Program Implementation team to manage day-to-day operations of Brillo projects.

o Visit project sites to ensure effective implementation and delivery of Project’s objectives.

5. Project Monitoring: Oversee program execution, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and maintaining standards.
6. Operational and Evaluation Support: Support process evaluations, coordinate activities, and ensure smooth project workflows.

Qualifications

Master’s in Social Work (MSW)

Key Requirements

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written English skills.
