About the Position: NGO Job in Madhya Pradesh for Monitoring & Evaluation Associate Apply by 3 October 2026
Applications are invited for the position of Monitoring and Evaluation Associate to support ongoing rural development programmes in the border districts of Madhya Pradesh. The selected candidate will be responsible for monitoring programme implementation, field-level data collection and reporting.
Educational Qualification: NGO Job in Madhya Pradesh for Monitoring & Evaluation Associate Apply by 3 October 2026
Candidates must possess any one of the following qualifications:
– MA in Sociology
– Master of Social Work (MSW)
– MA in Economics
– MBA in Rural Development
– Graduate (minimum 8 years experiance)
Essential Experience:
Minimum 5 years (8 years in case of graduate) of experience in the implementation and/or monitoring of rural development programmes.
Experience in NRLM, MGNREGA or PMAY will be given preference.
Language Skills:
Good command of Hindi and English.
Ability to prepare descriptive reports in English is an essential requirement of the role.
IT & Computer Skills:
Familiarity with online data feeding/data entry.
Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
Field Travel:
The position requires extensive field travel, with approximately 20 days of touring per month in rural areas across various districts.
Remuneration:
Attractive remuneration will be offered based on the candidate’s capabilities, qualifications and relevant experience.
Important Note: This is not a regular/permanent position. The engagement is purely contractual and will be subject to the terms and conditions of the project/organisation.
