Who Can Apply Now for Grow Forward Grant 2026 in Canada?
To be eligible for the Grow Forward Grant, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Be a registered non-profit organization in British Columbia (BC).
- Have a clear arts-focused mandate and organizational purpose.
- Be located in and carry out the proposed activities within one of the participating jurisdictions: Esquimalt, Highlands, Metchosin, Oak Bay, Saanich, Sooke, Southern Gulf Islands, Victoria, or View Royal.
- Maintain an active and functioning Board of Directors.
- Demonstrate the potential to create a meaningful impact on the arts sector within the Capital Region.
- Have successfully received at least one other CRD Arts grant during the previous three years.
Who Is Not Eligible?
The following applicants are not eligible to apply for this funding opportunity:
- Individual artists applying in their personal capacity.
- Programs or initiatives operated by civic departments or municipal branches, including libraries and community centres.
- Organizations that have received a CRD Operating Grant within the past 12 months.
- Organizations that are in arrears with any local authority, declared bankrupt, seeking creditor protection, insolvent, or currently under any form of court supervision.
