To assist in proper execution of field activities in the Hindi Speaking States, we URGENTLY require young & enthusiastic professionals for the mentioned position.

Field Research Executive

(Headquarters – Lucknow)

Covering All States Under the Hindi Belt: Uttar Pradesh / Bihar /Madhya Pradesh /Uttarakhand/ Jharkhand / Chhattisgarh/Himachal Pradesh/ Rajasthan /Jammu & Kashmir

Job Responsibility (NGO Job Opportunity for Program Officer in Delhi Last Date 23 July 2025)

Responsible for recruitment, training & supervision of local field staff in their allotted state
Travel extensively in the project villages in their allotted state
Responsible for ensuring quality and timely completion of the project work in their allotted state
Liaisoning with the senior Govt. Officials and other stakeholders in their allotted state
Preparation of detailed field progress reports of the projects running in their allotted state
Any other official task given from time-to-time

Eligibility (NGO Job Opportunity for Program Officer in Delhi Last Date 23 July 2025)

PG in Social Sciences / Rural Dev. / Public Health / Management / Similar Professional Courses
Graduates with Min. 2 years’ experience of field work can also apply
Preference will be given to those candidates who can work in the above-mentioned Hindi speaking states
Willingness to travel extensively in their allotted state(s), upto village level

Age Group: 20-35 years (Freshers and experienced, both are welcome to apply)

Remuneration (NGO Job Opportunity for Program Officer in Delhi Last Date 23 July 2025)

Appointment

This is a full-time regular position. Your Headquarters will be Lucknow. As clearly stated above, you will carry out the field-related activities across the states allotted to you. Initially, the individuals will be appointed on a probationary basis.
