The CSR and Marketing Manager at GreenSole Foundation will be responsible for leading and executing CSR initiatives while managing the marketing strategy and communications efforts to elevate the Foundation’s brand, increase awareness, and drive engagement with stakeholders. This role involves a strategic blend of managing GreenSole’s social responsibility programs, fostering community relationships, and developing marketing campaigns that align with our mission to create a meaningful impact.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CSR, sustainability initiatives, and marketing, with a passion for making a difference and communicating GreenSole’s values to a wider audience.

- Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Program Management
Design and Implement CSR Initiatives: Develop, execute, and manage CSR programs and projects that align with GreenSole Foundation’s mission to provide footwear to underserved communities while promoting sustainability.
Community Outreach: Foster relationships with local and national communities, NGOs, schools, and other organizations to expand GreenSole Foundation’s reach and maximize the impact of CSR initiatives.
Partnerships and Collaboration: Identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships with corporate sponsors, governmental agencies, and community organizations to amplify CSR efforts.
Project Monitoring and Reporting: Track the effectiveness of CSR programs, including the number of products distributed, community impact, and environmental benefits, and provide regular reports to internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Marketing Strategy and Execution
Develop Marketing Campaigns: Design and lead integrated marketing campaigns that highlight GreenSole’s CSR work, drive brand awareness, and engage new donors, volunteers, and supporters.
Content Creation: Lead the creation of impactful content for various platforms, including social media, blogs, newsletters, and the website, to communicate GreenSole’s mission, impact, and stories of change.
Brand Development and Messaging: Ensure the consistent communication of GreenSole’s brand message across all channels, maintaining a strong, positive public image that reflects the Foundation’s values of sustainability and social responsibility.
Digital Marketing and Social Media: Manage GreenSole’s social media accounts, including content creation, audience engagement, and campaign execution to increase online visibility and community engagement.
Campaign Analytics and Reporting: Analyze marketing campaign performance, track key metrics such as engagement, reach, and conversions, and adjust strategies based on insights to maximize ROI.
- Sustainability and Environmental Advocacy
Promote Sustainability: Advocate for sustainable practices both within GreenSole and in the broader community by incorporating sustainability messages into marketing campaigns and CSR programs.
Environmental Impact Reporting: Work with the internal team to track and report the environmental impact of the Foundation’s programs, including the amount of waste diverted through shoe recycling and the environmental benefits of upcycled footwear.
- Budget Management
Budget Planning: Develop and manage budgets for CSR initiatives and marketing campaigns, ensuring financial efficiency and alignment with the Foundation’s strategic goals.
- Market Research and Insights
Research Trends: Stay current with trends in CSR, sustainability, and marketing, identifying new opportunities to innovate and improve GreenSole’s strategies.
Competitor and Audience Analysis: Analyze competitor CSR initiatives and marketing efforts, as well as community needs, to refine GreenSole’s approach and enhance program effectiveness.
