Job Summary: (NGO Job Opportunity FPO Manager in Gurugram Last Date 23 June 2025)

We are looking for a dynamic FPO Manager with experience in FPO/FPC formation, planning and execution. The role involves formation and growth of FPOs/FPCs, market linkages, stakeholder relationship, capacity building of teams, mentoring Boards, statutory compliance, and ensuring sustainability.

Formation and promotion of Farmer Producer Organisations / Producer Companies
Capacity building training and mobilisation of stakeholders
Support functioning of FPOs as per MoA & AoA
Business promotion through procurement, production and sales of agri/rural produce
Develop and implement business plans to grow top line and bottom line
Manage online and offline promotion, teams, and MIS reporting
Direct, promote and coordinate business operations to achieve mission and goals.

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Agriculture, Dairy, or Agri Business.
