We are looking for a dedicated and energetic Program Associate to manage the operations of a Material Recovery Facility (MRF) and lead Information, Education, and Communication (IEC) activities in the community. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in the waste management field and a flair for community engagement and awareness-building.

MRF Operations:

Oversee daily operations of the MRF including waste sorting, storage, and dispatch.
Ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
Supervise waste workers and coordinate with waste collectors and vendors.
Maintain and update data on incoming and outgoing materials, and prepare regular reports.
Monitor equipment and report maintenance needs.

IEC Activities:
