Role Overview (Resource Person Education NGO Job in Across India Last Date 6 July 2025)
The Resource Person – Education will support government school teachers in improving teaching practices by enhancing their subject knowledge, pedagogy, and educational perspectives. The role includes:
- Training teachers, head teachers, and education officials
- Conducting workshops and forums at Teacher Learning Centres (TLCs)
- Designing creative, subject-specific teaching methods
- Building networks of educators for collaborative learning
- Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate capacity-building programs for teachers and education officials
- Support improvement in teaching and learning practices
- Contribute to curriculum, textbook development, and teacher training modules
- Encourage inclusive school practices (e.g., Reading Corners, morning assemblies)

Relevant experience in the social sector
OR
Postgraduate with min. 2 years teaching experience
OR
Graduate with min. 5 years teaching experience
Willingness to travel within district/state
