Apply for Grant Opportunity 2026 by Mama Cash Solidarity Fund, As the world’s first international women’s fund, Mama Cash plays a vital role in strengthening the global feminist funding ecosystem, with a particular focus on supporting women’s funds. In early 2020, it introduced the Solidarity Fund—a dedicated funding stream aimed at building the capacity and resilience of women’s funds worldwide.
Women’s funds are an essential part of the broader support system that enables feminist movements to sustain their efforts, push forward their priorities, and respond to growing challenges and backlash.
The Solidarity Fund is grounded in the principles of participatory grant making, which promotes fairness, transparency, and shared decision-making. Through this approach, women’s funds collectively determine how resources are allocated, ensuring that funding decisions reflect the real needs and priorities of their communities while strengthening the overall feminist funding landscape.
Applicants are encouraged to carefully review the full details and submit their applications before the specified deadline to seize this grant opportunity.
