Position Summary for NGO Job in Sangrur Punjab for Manager Self Help Groups and Income Generation Initiatives Apply By 24 June 2026

The Manager – Self-Help Groups and Income Generation Initiatives will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring programs that strengthen SHGs and promote sustainable livelihood opportunities for community members. The position requires strong leadership, community engagement, and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities for NGO Job in Sangrur Punjab for Manager Self Help Groups and Income Generation Initiatives Apply By 24 June 2026

Lead the formation, strengthening, and capacity building of Self-Help Groups.
Design and implement income-generation and livelihood development programs.
Facilitate financial literacy, savings, and credit linkage activities.
Develop partnerships with government agencies, financial institutions, and other stakeholders.
Identify market opportunities and support enterprise development for SHG members.
Supervise field staff and provide technical guidance.
