Ideas to Impact (I2I) Foundation is a not-for-profit organization committed to driving social change through scalable and sustainable solutions. We seek a skilled IT Executive to manage and support our IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless hardware, software, and network operations.

Key Responsibilities (IT Executive NGO Job in Delhi Apply by 20 February)

Maintain and troubleshoot IT equipment (laptops, printers, projectors, etc.).
Install, configure, and update hardware, software, and peripherals.
Monitor IT service providers (broadband, toner supplies, etc.).
Manage IT solutions, including Email, MS Office, Antivirus, and software inventory.
Provide IT support, training, and orientation to the I2I team.
Ensure regular data backups and disaster recovery plans.
Maintain and monitor LAN/WAN, internet connectivity, and VPN setups.
Coordinate with vendors to resolve IT-related issues.

Qualifications & Skills (IT Executive NGO Job in Delhi Apply by 20 February)

Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferably BCA/BSc IT) with a mandatory diploma in hardware & networking if the degree is non-IT.
Experience: 2-3 years in IT support, hardware, and networking.

Technical Skills

Expertise in system setup, troubleshooting, and network configuration.
Hands-on experience with Windows and Linux.
Basic cybersecurity knowledge.

Soft Skills:

Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work in cross-functional teams.
Task prioritization and time management.
Language Proficiency: English & Hindi.
