As a Project Officer, you will serve as the bridge between Karo Trust and needy patients, ensuring they receive the necessary financial, emotional, and logistical support during their treatment.

- Collaborate with hospital social workers to identify patients needing financial assistance.
- Offer moral support and assist patients and their families with documentation, hospital processes, and logistical needs.
- Conduct home visits to assess financial eligibility and foster stronger bonds with patients and their families.
- Collaborate with NGOs, Trusts, and partners to secure funding for high-cost treatments.
- Maintain case files, regularly update Trustees, and share stories on social media (with patient consent).
- Support Karo Trust’s programs, events, and fundraising initiatives.

- Location: The role is based in Lower Parel, Mumbai. Preference will be given to candidates based in Mumbai or those willing to relocate at their own expense.
- Experience: Background in cancer care, patient care, or healthcare will be prioritised.

o Proficiency in computer use, including maintaining databases, updating spreadsheets, and handling digital communication.
